Multiple Mothers Nutrition Centers Robbed Across Los Angeles County

Authorities are investigating robberies that occurred at three Mother’s Nutrition Centers early Tuesday morning.

El Monte police said they received a call about a robbery at Mathers Nutrition Center, 10016 Garvey Ave., around 2 a.m. Tuesday.


When officers arrived on scene, they found the front window of the store had been broken. A supervisor at the scene said nothing was stolen, but El Monte police reported that several items were stolen.

The store will remain open Tuesday with its windows boarded up.

It is not yet known how much, if any, goods were removed from the location.

Police have not released information about possible suspects.

Another maternal feeding center in Pico Rivera was also robbed early Tuesday, authorities said.

Police received a report of a robbery in progress around 4 a.m. When they arrived at the store at 8870 Whittier Boulevard, they found the front window of the store had been broken and at least one suspect had entered the store. did.

It remains unclear whether anything was stolen and, if so, how much the item was worth.

The Pico Rivera store was open Tuesday, according to Google Maps.

Just after 5 a.m. Tuesday morning, authorities received a third call of a robbery at the Mother’s Nutrition Center.

The store, located at 3820 Slauson Avenue in Maywood, had windows broken and merchandise stolen by the time officers arrived, authorities said.

Information about the suspect or the value of the stolen items has not been released, but staff at the Maywood store believe the store’s safe was stolen.

The Maywood store will also open on Tuesday.
